Drywall  Service Specialist (Construction/Paint Industry)

We are located in Maple Grove, MN, and service the Twin Cities/Metro area, offering competitive pay and benefits packages.

The primary responsibility of this position includes performing drywall repairs and light checks. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivation, attention to detail, and follow through.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with client upon arrival and departure

• Prep – floors, walls, ceilings, windows & doors for dust protection

• Minor Drywall Repairs including sanding. Light Checks (Sheetrock cut outs, bead issues, popped tape, float out imperfections)

• Ability to work independently when required with little supervision

• Major Drywall Repairs and Installation – Hang, tape and sand small projects from hang to sand

• Skim and sand smooth ceilings

• Scrape and remove popcorn ceilings textures

• Spray knockdown finishes

• Knockdown ceiling repairs/ blends

• Occasional minor paint touch up\

• Train all levels of Drywall Service Technicians

Essential Functions

• Strong experience with drywall repair in residential settings
• Ability to work both independently and on a team
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• High attention to detail and a commitment to doing it right the first time
• Valid Minnesota driver’s license and reliable transportation
