About Us

Owner Paul Luedemann spent several years in the painting industry, which is where he developed his love for painting and his passion for working directly with homeowners. This created the perfect blend for establishing Brush Masters Inc. With what started as only 2 employees, Paul had a vision for growth to fulfill the need that builders had for paint & drywall services. His goal was to add 10 painters every year, and after only 10 years… Brush Masters had grown to over 200 employees.

Paul’s vision for Brush Masters was far beyond just providing paint and drywall services. He wanted to create an business environment that attracted the best of the best. This meant providing full benefit packages, strong focus on personal development of each individual, and promoting from within to create a high volume management team. Brush Masters soon became the leader in the new home market, and still stands that way today.

By putting the quality of work and longevity of employees first, Paul has developed a company with exceptional tenure, industry experience and the promise that while they may not always be perfect… they will always stand behind their work and make it right.
