Painters - Interior Residential

Brush Masters is a well-established commercial and residential painting and drywall company with over 35 years of experience. Based in Maple Grove, we serve the Twin Cities metro and are known for our quality work and strong team culture.

We are hiring for:

• Interior Spray Leads
• Service Touch-Up Painters
• Entry-Level Painters / Apprentices

PAINTING RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare surfaces including masking, caulking, patching, and sanding
• Apply coatings using sprayers, rollers, and brushes to high-quality standards
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Meet company quality and production expectations
• Maintain tools and equipment

QUALIFICATIONS

• Interior painting experience preferred (woodwork, walls, ceilings, trim, and cabinetry)
• Experience with paint preparation (masking, caulking, patching, sanding)
• Familiarity with spraying equipment, brushes, and rollers
• Knowledge of finishes such as enamels, clear coats, and latex paints
• Ability to produce high-quality, detail-oriented finishes
• Willingness to learn and take direction (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and consistent attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and professionalism on job sites
• Ability to follow processes, meet production goals, and maintain clean work areas
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

COMPENSATION

• Competitive pay based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

Experience:
